Prescription Drug and Healthcare Spending Report

According to the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), health insurers that offer group or individual health coverage, as well as self-funded group health plans, must report annual data on prescription drugs and healthcare spending to the departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury.

EMI Health will take care of submitting the files for all customers who had active coverage during the 2022 reference year, provided that the necessary information has been submitted to EMI by April 15, 2023.

To access the form necessary for this report, click the button provided below. After filling out the form completely, please submit it to ensure the necessary information has been received.

Please note that any group who fails to submit the required information by the deadline will be responsible for submitting their own data to the agencies.

Please reach out to your account manager or Nathan Huff (nhuff@emihealth.com) with any further questions regarding this report.
