Medicare & You

Life gets pretty hectic for those approaching Medicare eligibility.

What to expect when you're approaching Medicare eligibility

Your mailbox is about to be bombarded by letters. Your email inbox full of promotions. And your phone? Well, your phone will be ringing frequently from numbers you’ve never seen before.

All of these communications are targeted to get you to buy, subscribe, or use a product geared to those eligible for Medicare. And with all of these pieces of information, what you really need to focus on can get cloudy and confusing.

Where to turn for answers

We partner with Senior Benefits Insurance Services (SBIS) to put on a free, 45-minute seminar called Medicare & You. Medicare experts from SBIS walk you through what to expect as you approach Medicare eligibility and what life will be like while participating in Medicare.

Here are some of the questions to which you'll find answers:

  1. How much does Medicare cost?
  2. Who is eligible? When do I apply?
  3. How can gaps in benefits be filled?
  4. What are the differences in Medicare Parts A, B, C, and D?

During this seminar, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask any other questions you may have about Medicare coverage.

How to join the Medicare & You seminars

During the COVID-19 pandemic, these seminars are held virtually via a teleconference software called Zoom. These webinars are held once a week on different days of the week so if you’d like to view and participate in one of these, reach out to Erik via email: esoderborg@emihealth.com.

The beauty of this seminar is that it is open to you and anyone else you’d like to invite. So bring along your friends or family who could benefit from this information.

It's an exciting time for you

You've worked hard your whole life, preparing for this time where you can enjoy the fruits of your labors. There is a lot of information out there to weed through as you try and make the most of this phase of your life. We’re happy to help with any of your questions along with our trusted partners at Senior Benefits Insurance Services.

Stay safe. Stay well. Spend time with those you love. And do something adventurous today.
