Improving the Member Experience

At EMI Health, we strive to constantly put member and client experience at the top of our minds. One way we are committed to improving is integrating technology into the benefits experience.

In our industry, accessing your health benefits has usually been associated with hard-to-use platforms, outdated (*cough* ugly) visual design, unnecessary 11-step processes for simple things, and headaches. You can put that aspirin away for good though, because we are excited to announce our brand new website and member dashboard are here!

We have been busy behind the scenes upgrading EMIHEALTH.COM and the member dashboard functionality for the past several months and are so excited for you to see it.

Introducing these new features on the new member dashboard: 

• Easy access to recent claims and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Downloadable member ID card At-a-glance data visualizations for medical and dental accumulators
• Upgraded provider search tool with more filters and search capabilities
• Organized resource library for members looking for important forms, articles, and answers to FAQs.

Spend less time thinking about insurance

Health insurance is something no one wants to have to think about very often. Engaging, mobile-friendly, and modern, the new EMIHEALTH.COM will help you get what you need faster, and free up your time to do things much more fun than tracking down your EOBs and finding in-network providers.

If you have already set up your EMI Health account, the changes are automatically updated. If you haven't set up your account yet, go to emihealth.com and choose "Sign-in" in the top right corner. Click on "Register Account", follow the prompts, and you will be able to access all your new tools!
